Three employers scored high for diversity and their methods for creating a truly multicultural organization. Companies such as the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, Commonwealth Financial Network, and MITRE have programs that promote diversity. They are building multi-cultural organizations, promoting respect for and the celebration of the diverse backgrounds of their employees and their communities.
