Security software company Rapid7 hired 100 employees this year and moved staff into new offices at the Prudential where they take up the entire 29th floor. Watertown ad agency Allen & Gerritsen plans to hire 50 more workers and move its offices to Boston’s Seaport district. And Sports and Physical Therapy Associates is also hiring and working with Northeastern University to recruit students. These companies are building for a stronger future which means hiring and moving to accommodate growing pains.
