Record equality, unchanged inequalities

Equality made its largest inroads yet among the teams in the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division 1 basketball tournament. A record five schools had a 100 percent graduation rate for African American playes on both its men’s and women’s teams _ Duke, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Creighton and Brigham Young.
