South Boston, MA., 03/20/12, The Homes at Old Colony had a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony today. Part of the renovation of the old housing project is the addition of two new streets that have reintegrated the Old Colony community to the surrounding South Boston neighborhood. One of the streets was named after James A. O'Neill, Sr., cq, who was a 30-year resident of Old Colony and is being remembered for his advocacy.
