Wellesley, MA., 06/11/12, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, cq, opened the U.S. State Department's first Women in Public Service Institute at Wellesley College. Wellesley College, in partnership with the U. S. State Dept, and other leading women's colleges, is hosting the inaugural event today through June 22. The Institute is a two week program that will train the next generation of women leaders. The delegates attending the Institute were selected from 21 nations in the process of political and social transformation. Clinton posed for a photo with the delegates.
