I've had all three of these at, "Oliana," Ana Sortin's fine restaurant in Cambridge. All delicious. I've made the more complicated carrot appetizer from her cookbook, "Spice." You can make a meal from the Meze section of the Menu but the rest is also so delicious. I've brought a variety of friends with food tastes from plain to gourmet and all have raved at the end of the meal and gone back on their own. Upon requests I make some of the Meze from her cookbook to bring to potluck dinners. Go, enjoy both making these at home and dine at the restaurant. Much of their vegetables and meat are local.
