Beatrice Munyenyezi, a Rwandan refugee and resident of New Hampshire since 1998, was arrested in 2010 and charged with immigration fraud by federal prosecutors.

Federal prosecutors say Munyenyezi lied on applications to enter the United States in 1995 and obtain citizenship in 2003. They say she ordered the rapes and murders of Tutsis in Butare during the three-month genocide that killed about 800,000 people.
