Gronkowski’s forearm was X-rayed after the game. He had caught seven passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns. With his second touchdown catch, he had become the first tight end in NFL history to record three straight seasons with at least 10 touchdown receptions.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the break occurred on the Patriots’ final extra point attempt in the fourth quarter with 3:59 left on the clock.

The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that Gronkowski was given a four to six week timetable for recovery.
