Nonprofit workers disciplined after cemetery photo

Two employees from a Cape Cod nonprofit have been placed on unpaid leave after a photo went viral on the Internet that showed one of them with her middle finger raised at Arlington National Cemetery, the company said. The photo was posted on a Facebook page of one of the women, the nonprofit, LIFE Inc., said in a statement. The photo has since been removed from the page, said the company, which did not name the women. But copies of the photo have been posted on a number of websites as criticism has rained down on the women, including a Facebook page demanding that both be fired.
