Jurors in the Mattapan massacre trial in Suffolk Superior Court are getting some legal instructions today from the judge as they continue to decide whether prosecutors have proven that Dwayne Moore murdered four people in 2010.

On Tuesday afternoon, the jurors sent Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Locke three questions asking for his clarification of a legal issue and the charges against Moore, who is on trial for the second time in the killings. Locke later revealed what the questions were from the bench.
