Congress passes $50.5b Sandy aid bill

WASHINGTON (AP) — Three months after Superstorm Sandy ravaged coastal areas in much of the Northeast, Congress on Monday sent a $50.5 billion emergency relief measure for storm victims to President Barack Obama for his signature.

AP and the Globe KNOWS that half of this money is NOT going to Sandy aid. How about telling the readers where the rest of the money IS going?

50 Billion?  That's the same size it was when they said it was stuffed with pork!
