Below is an accounting of Aaron Swartz’s alleged illegal downloads from the online archive JSTOR via a network at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology over several months in late 2010 and early 2011.
Note: The total number of articles represented here is 5.5 million, but that includes some articles that were downloaded more than once. Swartz was accused of stealing a total of 4.8 million unique works.
