Diversity map of Massachusetts

Town by town diversity
Using a variation of the Simpson's diversity index, this graphic rates cities and towns with 0 being the least diverse.
The Census describes Latino and Hispanic as ethnicities, rather than races, and estimates that 10.5% of the Massachusetts population is Latino or Hispanic. To avoid overlaps in data, we used only race in these charts.
The maximum grade is 10, for a town with equal number of people of each race.
