When you click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of this form, your request will be sent to our Celebrations representative at The Boston Globe. Our representative will then contact you to review your request and collect your payment information.

Once you have pre-paid for the announcement, our Celebrations representative will contact the gift recipient to notify them that they have been given a gift and instruct them how to submit their announcement materials (copy and photo).
