Jim Belushi was in the Christmas spirit during his appearance at Symphony Hall with Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops. The star of the orchestra’s annual “A Company Christmas at Pops,’’ Belushi narrated “A Visit From St. Nicholas’’ and also crooned a bit, treating the crowd to a version of Elvis Presley’s “Santa Claus Is Back in Town.’’ Before the show, Belushi and his son Jared joined their Martha’s Vineyard buddy Fred Mascolo and artist Rich Dunbrack for dinner at Scampo. . . . Tuesday, the Pops will play their annual concert at Children’s Hospital and we’re told Joey McIntyre will join Keith and his crew.
