Tom Brady’s no fool. The Pats QB takes good care of his offensive line because they take good care of him. A few years ago, you’ll recall, No. 12 gave each of the beefy blockers an Audi Q7 SUV. (At the time, the sweet rides retailed for $42,500.) So what did Brady give Matt Light and the other lads for Christmas this year? Uggs, of course. Chatting yesterday with WEEI’s John Dennis and Gerry Callahan, Brady, who is the brand’s global ambassador, said he gave “half the locker room’’ the high-fashion footwear. “I just ordered as many big sizes as they had in stock - 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s,’’ said Brady, who went on to tout the cozy quality of Ugg boots. “They’re pretty good. They’re great. The boots are awesome, especially this time of year. We took my son for a walk yesterday, and it was cold out but my feet weren’t cold.’’ Asked by D&C what the kids got for Christmas, Brady said Jack loves Legos while young Benjamin has very inexpensive tastes. “The wrapping paper was probably his favorite,’’ said Brady. “Anything his brother was holding was what he wanted.’’ And what did his wife, Gisele Bundchen, put in the signal-caller’s stocking? “My wife just got me a picture of my boys. That was what I wanted. That’s all I needed,’’ he said. Dennis then pointed out that a first-round bye and home-field advantage in the playoffs isn’t too bad. “That’s what my teammates got me,’’ replied Brady. Awww.
