James Gale goes deep at Gillette

Never mind all that Tim Tebow nonsense. Eleven-year-old Pats fan James Gale has been chosen as this year’s “NFL PLAY 60 Super Kid,’’ which means he’ll get to hand the game ball to the referees before the Super Bowl in Indianapolis. (More than 10,000 children entered the contest, pledging to be active for 60 minutes a day and answering questions about the importance of fitness.) Yesterday, James, who grew up in Liberia and lived in the Bay State before moving to North Carolina, got a special tour of Gillette Stadium and met his fave player, Wes Welker.
