Chef Shire teaches the recipe for good food

Towne Stove and Spirits chef Lydia Shire went back to school yesterday, giving a three-hour cooking class to a small group of her foodie fans. (The class included lunch with Lydia and a catalogue of select recipes.) Yesterday’s class was focused on Asian cuisine and included fluffy jasmine rice, handmade scallion pancakes, duck two-ways, and stir-fry secrets. Shire will do it all again next Tuesday with a class devoted to Italian food.
