Elizabeth Banks draws a crowd

Arriving at the Liberty Hotel yesterday to promote her new movie “Man on a Ledge,’’ Elizabeth Banks was struck by the size of the crowd outside the conference room reserved for interviews. The Pittsfield-bred actress has done her share of press, but this was a ridiculous throng. Well, Banks breathed a sigh of relief when she was told that all those people with laptops weren’t reporters at all. They were attending an athenahealth conference. . .
