Local chefs are James Beard finalists
Rialto chef Jody Adams has some celebrating to do. Yesterday, she was named a James Beard Award semi-finalist for outstanding chef, and her new restaurant, Trade, which she runs with business partners Sean Griffing and Eric Papachristos and Executive Chef Andrew Hebert , is on the short list of best new restaurants.
