Actress Sean Young was arrested after a scuffle with a security guard at the official post-Oscars party. Young, 52, was placed under citizen’s arrest at the Governors Ball at 9:25 p.m. Sunday after the dispute, police Commander Andrew Smith said yesterday. . . . Chinese architect Wang Shu , whose buildings have been praised for their commanding presence and careful attention to the environment, has won the 2012 Pritzker Architecture Prize, the prize’s jury announced yesterday.
