Tony Award-winning actress Sheryl Lee Ralph , who played Deena Jones in the Broadway production of “Dreamgirls’’ long before Beyonce took on the role on the big screen, visited the Grant AME Church in Boston on Sunday to help make panels for the AIDS Memorial Quilt. The NAMES Project Foundation’s Memorial Quilt, which was created to help people understand the scope of the AIDS epidemic and to pay tribute to friends and family members. . .
