One of fashion’s most influential editors is headed to an event in Cambridge

Franca Sozzani, editor of Vogue Italia, earned her powerful reputation by tackling off-the-catwalk topics such as the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill and homeland security. Another of her stereotype shredding moves is championing the cause of what she calls “the curvy girl.’’ Sozzani will discuss the issue at the April 2 Harris Center forum on health, body image, and the media.
