Duets 8 p.m. Channel 5

Because what the world needs now is another singing competition, ABC has come to the rescue. This variation finds Sugarland powerhouse Jennifer Nettles, contemporary soul smoothies John Legend and Robin Thicke, and pop diva Kelly Clarkson on the prowl for the next singing sensation. The twist here is not only will they be judges of talent a la “American Idol” and coaches a la “The Voice” and “The X Factor,” they will also be, you guessed it from the title, duet partners with each of their two contestants. The winner gets a recording contract with Hollywood Records. I’m giving the edge to Clarkson, who knows a little something about how to win a televised talent contest. Men at Work 10 p.m., TBS

As a fan of all four of the stars — Danny Masterson (“That ’70s Show”), James Lesure (“Las Vegas”), Adam Busch (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”), and Michael Cassidy (“The O.C.”) — I hoped there was some potential for this new sitcom about bros being all bro-ish working at a magazine. Alas, if you want to enjoy something called Men at Work you might be better off listening to “Down Under” or “Who Can It Be Now?” Pictured (from left): Cassidy and Lesure.

So You Think You Can Dance 8 p.m., Channel 25

You should be dancing.

Perez Hilton All Access: Lady Gaga 8 p.m., Channel 56
