The Soul Man 10 p.m., TV Land

This “Hot in Cleveland” spinoff stars comic Cedric the Entertainer (“Barbershop”) as a former R&B singer who becomes a preacher, not unlike Al Green, and takes over his father’s ministry. The best thing to recommend the show, however, is the always entertaining Niecy Nash (“Reno 911,” “Clean House”) who plays the Rev. Boyce “The Voice” Ballentine’s wife, Lolli, a woman who expected to be married to a man making money not saving souls.

Justin Bieber: All Around the World 8 p.m., Channel 7

The world is a big place, so NBC is spreading the Bieber fever over two nights, starting Wednesday. The special, the Canadian teen heartthrob’s first for a network, will take a look behind the scenes of the promotional tour for his new album, “Believe,” with performances — including his latest single, “Boyfriend” — interviews, and fan meet-and-greets. The network is also promising a glimpse at life from Bieber’s point of view by means of a “Justin-cam” that the singer wore during the shooting.
