Critic’s corner: What’s on TV tonight

Snooki & JWoww 10 p.m., MTV

First Pauly D spun off into his own universe and now the ladies of “Jersey Shore” are venturing out on their own. Of course, the pair isn’t completely alone as their boyfriends are along for the ride, including Jionni, the father of Snooki’s soon-to-arrive baby boy. Expect plenty of TMI as Snooki spends a lot of time at the OB-GYN.

America’s Worst Tattoos 10 p.m, TLC

“Good tattoos hurt for a short while, but bad tattoos hurt forever.” Such is the wisdom of tattoo artist Megan Massacre (pictured) on this new series about ill-advised inking. Victims of bad artistry, bad decision-making, or bad memories come on this show to tell their sometimes funny, sometimes poignant tales and find some relief in the form of “tattoo transformation” (i.e., a cover-up replacement courtesy of Massacre). Our favorite? The poor soul who misspelled the word “literacy.”
