Naga Saturdays, featuring DJ Dres and DJ Mozes

NAGA SATURDAYS

450 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge. Tickets: $10 (free before 11 p.m. with RSVP.) 21+. 617-661-4900, www.nagacambridge.com

The deal: Saturday nights at Naga are always a party. With two dance floors, a restaurant, nightclub, and outdoor patio, there’s enough space to simultaneously offer a broad range of experiences. “People can dance outside, or sit down for a drink. It’s a really fun environment no matter what you want to do,” says Alex Perez, Naga’s director of VIP and guest relations.

The DJs: DJ Mozes will be pumping out Latin tunes in Naga’s front room, while DJ Dres spins Top 40 hits out back to keep the party moving.

Who goes there: “We cater to a diverse crowd,” says Perez. “There’s an artsy demographic, hipster, upscale, and more, all in Central Square.” He adds that sizable dance floors make for a “big dancing scene.”

Three songs you’ll hear: From DJ Dres, expect favorites like “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepsen, “Where Have You Been” by Rihanna, and “Starships” by Nicki Minaj.

The drink: The Scorpion Shot, a mix of light rum, dark rum, brandy, pomegranate juice, and sours.

The tip: From 5 to 10 p.m., check out the Rum Bar, an exhibition of drinks stirred and shaken by bartender Noon Inthasuwan, recently dubbed Boston’s best mixologist by The Improper Bostonian. Like Naga’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/nagacambridge) and RSVP to the event to waive the cover fee.
