More circles Boston’s Publick Theatre presented Bill Cain’s “9 Circles” last year, and this year, Gloucester Stage Company performs the psychological thriller with the same cast. Yacht on the harbor The Institute of Contemporary Art waterfront location is a perfect venue for Yacht.
