Monty Brinton/CBS

Survivor: Philippines  8 p.m., Channel 4

This season, all of the players will be wearing full bodysuits, so none of them will appear half-naked. Kidding! Half-naked people running around and losing weight is what “Survivor” is all about. Tonight is the start of the show’s 25th edition, which is a little shocking. Ratings have subsided over the years, which has led producer Mark Burnett to tweak the show with gimmicks. This season, the contestants include three returning castaways who had to leave for medical reasons their first time around: Michael Skupin (burns), Russell Swan (dehydration), and Jonathan Penner (knee infection).

Revolution  10 p.m., Channel 7
