Nick Wall/BBC for MASTERPIECE

Upstairs Downstairs 9 p.m., Channel 2

Feeling “Downton Abbey” withdrawal? While this reboot of the classic ’70s series doesn’t rise to the level of grand Grantham goodness — or even its own original version, which itself doubtlessly influenced “Downton” — it can serve as a good stopgap measure for those who need their fill of haughty haves and naughty have-nots and vice versa. The action picks up with two new arrivals to Eaton Place: Sir Hallam’s Aunt Blanche and maid Beryl. Lady Agnes has a secret, concerns about Nazi Germany are creeping up, and the homicide rate just went up inside the house. Pictured: Laura Haddock as Beryl.
