Elementary 10 p.m., Channel 4
CBS has chosen this series for the plum spot after the Super Bowl on Feb. 3. The show, in which Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu (pictured) are Sherlock Holmes and Watson living in contemporary New York, has been doing nicely in the ratings, with some 14.5 million viewers. The Super Bowl slot could boost it to another level, though, as it did earlier this year for “The Voice.” Is “Elementary” any good? It’s just OK, a diverting “Mentalist”-like procedural with another one of TV’s quirky-obsessive leads.
