Feel-good TV that will bring a tear to your eye, this annual special, hosted by Anderson Cooper (pictured), celebrates everyday people who have overcome long odds and gone on to inspire their communities. On hand to help tell their stories will be actors such as Harvey Keitel, Rainn Wilson, Jane Lynch, Susan Sarandon, Viola Davis, and Rico Rodriguez, race car driver Jeff Gordon, Olympic gold medalist Cullen Jones, and musical artists 50 Cent, Ne-Yo, and “American Idol” champ Phillip Phillips.

The nostalgia network hops in the time machine to check in with stars from the ’90s in this “Where are they now?” series. Sunday’s premiere finds host Catherine Reitman catching up with Corin Nemec of “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose,” Jamie Walters of “Beverly Hills 90210” and Danielle Fishel of “Boy Meets World” — who recently announced she will costar in the spinoff “Girl Meets World” currently in development at the Disney Channel.
