It’s a rematch of the “Super Bowl of Love” as Winfrey sits down with newly minted Kennedy Center Honors recipient David Letterman on the campus of his alma mater, Ball State. According to the show’s press release, the normally private late-night talk show host put no limits on the interview and speaks candidly about suffering from depression, his relationships with Johnny Carson and Jay Leno, and his public sex scandal and the damage it did to his marriage.

Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook Off 9 p.m., Food

Celeb chefs Ray and Fieri go head to head in the kitchen for a second season with familiar faces on their teams chopping and sauteeing for charity. Cooking for Team Rachael are actress Kathy Najimy, former NFL star Hines Ward, singer Carnie Wilson, and comic Gilbert Gottfried. Team Guy has singer Chilli of TLC, Olympic skater Johnny Weir, Dean McDermott, and Cornelia Guest.
