The Mob Doctor 9 p.m., Channel 25

This title I don’t love. Every time I see it, I hear “Rock Lobster” — not a bad song, but still, hard to focus with it on in the background of your brain. Pawn Stars 10 and 10:30 p.m., History Channel

Four Warhols. There would have to be more than one.

The Layover With Anthony Bourdain 9 p.m., Travel

Sweetbreads. With fava beans and a nice chianti.
