The Boston Symphony Orchestra has canceled Saturday night’s 8 p.m. concert in response to the massive nor’easter that walloped the region, the symphony said in a statement.

The orchestra on Monday will offer ticket exchanges or refunds for the canceled show. Patrons can access the refunds by calling 888-266-1200 or visiting the Symphony Hall box office at 301 Massachusetts Avenue.
