2013 MTV Movie Awards Sunday at 9 p.m., MTV

“Pitch Perfect” was an excuse for a movie, and this awards show is an excuse for a party. Rebel Wilson (right), nominated for “Pitch Perfect,” will host the show, which will honor the Best Shirtless Performance, which I’m thinking Channing Tatum (left) will win, although Ted the bear stands a good chance. Melissa McCarthy, Zac Efron, Chris Rock, Steve Carell, Amanda Seyfried, Seth Rogen, and Brad Pitt are presenters, but all eyes will be on presenter Kim Kardashian and her baby bump. The bump trumps all.

Veep Sunday at 10 p.m., HBO

Happy days — Sundays, that is — are here again, with “Mad Men,” “Game of Thrones,” “Nurse Jackie,” “The Good Wife,” “Vikings,” and this Julia Louis-Dreyfus series. “Veep” returns for a second season of White House absurdity with Louis-Dreyfus’s vice president making a series of campaign appearances for the midterm elections. But you could tell me Louis-Dreyfus was going to dust her office, and I’d still tune in.

Orphan Black 9 p.m., BBC America

Adieu, adieu, to yieu and yieu and yieu.

Game of Thrones Sunday at 9 p.m., HBO

Waketh up, my greatest Khaleesi; ’tis show time.

Mad Men Sunday at 10 p.m., AMC

Meet the new Peggy, not the same as the old Peggy.
