Critic’s corner: What’s on TV Monday night

Carson on TCM 8 p.m., TCM

Every Monday this month, TCM has been airing great vintage interviews from “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.” This grouping includes conversations with Mel Brooks in 1975, Burt Reynolds in 1972 (above), and Bette Davis in 1983. And any Bette Davis talk-show appearance is a dramatic and comedic gem.

Supermarket Superstar 10 p.m., Lifetime

Here’s another reality cooking competition that will try to fill the gaping void left by “The American Baking Competition.” In this one, food entrepreneurs compete to have their creations launched nationally in a major grocery chain. In the premiere, cake makers go to the mat. Stacy Keibler, George Clooney’s latest ex, is the host (above).

Under the Dome 10 p.m., CBS

They’re trying to bore through it.

Get Out Alive With Bear Grylls 9 p.m., NBC

They don’t stick to the rivers and lakes that they’re used to.

The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All 8 p.m., ABC

“All” as in “Nothing I care about.”
