**1/2 The Three Stooges Who knows why Bobby and Peter Farrelly bothered with a Three Stooges movie. But Chris Diamantopoulos, Sean Hayes, and Will Sasso work themselves silly as Moe, Larry, and Curly in 2012. That’s not to say that the movie is essential or even that it’s good. But it’s performed with the kind of abandon required for, say, having a rat nestled in your bosom. (92 min., PG) (Wesley Morris)
