TOMORROW NEVER DIES ★★

(Encore: Bond Collection) This second James Bond adventure starring Pierce Brosnan gives itself over too willingly to action moves at the expense of playfulness and sophisticated savoring of character. The best thing in it is Hong Kong action diva Michelle Yeoh, a sexy catwoman, reminding us that Jackie Chan does this stuff better. (PG-13; runs through July 31)
