RJD2 Most may not know that RJD2 — born Ramble John Krohn — is the guy responsible for the opening theme to the wildly popular AMC drama “Mad Men.” On stage, the Philadelphia-based DJ, who has most recently collaborated with Aaron Livingston, blends hip-hop with instrumentals and vocals.
