The English-Irish fivesome, often seen surrounded by throngs of adoring tweens across the world, take center stage in their first video concert DVD. The 73-minute film follows the pop sensations on their “Up All Night” tour and features live concert footage and behind-the-scenes extras.
After finishing third in season seven of British television singing competition “The X Factor” and a rapid rise to global stardom, One Direction was signed to Simon Cowell’s Syco Records and, soon thereafter, Columbia Records in America. Since its release in May, “Up All Night: The Live Tour” has topped the charts in 25 countries, with sales exceeding 1 million copies worldwide.
