Paddy Fest Boston
Saturday, 10:30 p.m., Underbar, 275 Tremont St., Boston. 21+. Tickets: $20. 617-292-0080, www.underbaronline.com.
The deal: After a day of pubs and parades, the party doesn’t end at Boston’s only annual bar crawl after-hours event. Get there early to beat the crowd and enjoy the fun, the full bar, and the music until 2 a.m. With the vocal house beats in the main room and Top 40 pop in the spacious side lounge, the night is sure to attract a diverse crowd of St. Patrick’s Day fanatics, says club marketing director Christophe Muller. Snag a ticket online for up to 50 percent off the regular price.
The DJs: Special guests DJ Adilson and DJ Chris P.
Who goes: Expect to see a range of holiday partygoers, says Muller, describing the usual scene as ages 25 to 35. “It is a very mixed crowd, especially with the different rooms and different types of music.”
What to wear: The “casual chic” dress code prohibits all athletic wear and sneakers, so elevate your St. Patrick’s Day best with some classy green glitz.
The tip: Muller suggests attendees take it easy during the day’s pub crawl if they want to get in. “Do not come drunk, there will be no access for you.”
