THE ZOMBIES There’s no shortage of 1960s pop bands in Boston lately, from the Rascals’ recent run at the Opera House to the Monkees’ upcoming show at Citi Wang Theatre (July 16). Now come the reunited Zombies, one of the greatest rock bands of that era, with original members Colin Blunstone and Rod Argent at the helm. (Online tickets are sold out, so call the venue to purchase them.) July 7, 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $45-$55. Regent Theatre,
Arlington. 781-646-4849, www.regenttheatre.co

BELLE & SEBASTIAN With no new album to promote, this beloved Scottish indie-pop band (pictured) should have free reign to survey its catalog, from its 1996 debut, “Tigermilk,” to 2010’s “Belle and Sebastian Write About Love.” Yo La Tengo opens. July 9, 8 p.m. Tickets: $30-$45. Bank of America Pavilion. 800-745-3000,

CHRIS ISAAK His voice, as immortalized on “Wicked Game,” is practically synonymous with sultry summer nights. On 2011’s “Beyond the Sun,” Isaak paid tribute to the Sun Records artists who first inspired him (and no doubt led to his reputation as a modern-day Elvis).
July 11, 8 p.m. Tickets: $55-75. Wilbur Theatre. 800-745-3000, www.ticketmaster.com

SAVAGES From London, this quartet lives up to its name on its new debut, “Silence Yourself.” The band breathes fire and ferocity on a blast of post-punk songs that sound like they were reeled off in one fevered recording session. July 12, 9 p.m. Tickets: $15. Middle East Downstairs, Cambridge. 800-745-3000, www.ticketweb.com
