‘Best Friends Forever’ is an entertaining tug-of-war

Often in sitcoms women who don’t like each other are thrown together by circumstance and spend the balance of the series angrily sniping at one another while “secretly” becoming best friends. This year’s model: “2 Broke Girls.” It is a refreshing place to start then with two female leads who are already bona fide buddies in the aptly titled “Best Friends Forever,” premiering Wednesday at 8:30 on NBC
