BET Awards 12 Sunday, 8 p.m., BET

This year’s ceremony has a lot going on. In addition to the regular handing out of trophies in categories like best male and female R&B artist and video of the year, Cissy Houston (pictured) pays tribute to her late daughter Whitney, a lifetime achievement award will be presented to Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, and oodles of artists will perform including Usher, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, and Yolanda Adams. We’re most excited, however, about the return of ’90s R&B heartthrob D’Angelo, who’ll be making his first television appearance in over a decade.

Bigfoot 9 p.m., Syfy

For pure camp value you can’t beat these Syfy creature features, starring pop culture faces of bygone eras like such past costars as Tiffany and Debbie Gibson. They are the definition of awful-awesome. Tonight former “Celebrity Boxing” rivals Barry Willliams and Danny Bonaduce — winner Bonaduce — square off against each other and a very angry CGI sasquatch. Yes, Greg Brady and Danny Partridge and Bigfoot. But wait, there’s more! Toss in Alice Cooper and Howard Hesseman and you don’t just have camp, you have sleepaway camp. Pictured (from left): Hesseman, Williams, and Bonaduce.

My Cat From Hell 8 p.m., Animal Planet

Here Satan, Satan.

Fugitive at 17 Saturday, 8 p.m., Lifetime

Rave gone wrong.

Jim Norton: Please Be Offended Saturday, 10 p.m., Epix

OK, but only because you asked so politely.
