For those with neither the time nor the inclination to check out the latest viral video sensations as they happen through the week, comic Daniel Tosh’s roundup of the oddest, silliest, most horrifying clips is one-stop shopping. While some of the clips, and Tosh’s mockery thereof, uncomfortably transcend simple pop culture schadenfraude — a recent clip of a teenage boy injuring a very sensitive area was truly cringeworthy — you will be up to date on Internet ephemera. Plus, Tosh offers “Web Redemptions” to those game enough to come on the show, and they are sometimes funnier than the original clips.

Craft Wars  10 p.m., TLC

Who knew the world of bedazzling and decoupage was so contentious? This “Project Runway” for the glue gun set pits three competitors against each other in timed crafting challenges. The winner walks away with $10,000 and, presumably, many stories about what host Tori Spelling — who has her own “crafting line” — is really like in person. Pictured: contestant Christy Tomlinson.
