Misfits 10 p.m., Logo

Logo is expanding its brand these days, not least of all by giving this British sci-fi series its American TV premiere. The show, which has won three BAFTA awards including best drama, is about juvenile delinquents who get supernatural powers after a storm hits while they’re doing community service. One can rewind time, one can send people to sexual ecstasy by touching them, one can go invisible, and one is a telepath. Based on a few clips I watched, this looks very promising.

Redneck Island 8 p.m.-midnight, CMT

How how HOW did I miss this baby? Rowdy good old boys and girls are doing the “Survivor” thing in some uninhabited place, hoping to win $100,000. Steve Austin hosts. In one episode, a crate of cold beer washed up on shore. I won’t rest until someone makes “Redneck Runway” and “Rednecks & Tiaras.”
