Rachel Harley, April Francis and Libby Lopez look for love in the new reality series “3.”

3  9 p.m., Channel 4

The small script under the headline for this new dating show is “love is no competition.” Instead of fighting for a partner like on so many other reality shows, the three women thrown together here — (above) 34-year-old pharmaceutical sales rep Rachel Harley, 29-year-old entrepreneur April Francis, and 24-year-old model Libby Lopez — are meant to advise one another as they wade through the 100 or so suitors that are collectively put in their paths over the course of the series.

Men’s and women’s swimming and diving, and women’s gymnastics are all on the docket for the primetime portion of NBC’s coverage of the London Games, including several gold medal finals.
