What’s on TV tonight: Critic’s corner

Jordin Althaus/SHOWTIME

Episodes 10:30 p.m., Showtime

I’m so fond of this show. It’s nothing much, really, just a quick half-hour of predictable laughs at Hollywood’s expense and Matt LeBlanc relaxing and playing smart rather than dumb. But it usually makes me laugh. I’ve got to give a shout-out to Irish actress Genevieve O’Reilly (pictured), who seems to be having a great time playing Jamie Lapidus, the blind wife of the network head. On one level, Jamie is annoyingly noble and charitable; on another, she’s a funny, sexy cheater. This week’s episode features LeBlanc’s “Friends” costar Lisa Kudrow, who also has a Showtime series, “Web Therapy.”

Market Warriors 8 p.m., Channel 2

I’m still annoyed at this show for firing Fred Willard as the narrator and replacing him with Mark L. Walberg; but the local angle trumps the grudge. Tonight is the first of two episodes filmed in May at the Antique Show in Brimfield. The show’s pickers — not in the Seinfeldian sense of the word — are looking specifically for art glass among the thousands of vendors.

Bizarre Foods 9 p.m., Travel

Pig-face bacon. I’m like 12 degrees from that stuff.

Late Show With David Letterman 11:35 p.m., Channel 4

Can she make a cherry pie, Channing Tatum.

The Closer 9 p.m., TNT

C’mon. The leak already. And it better not be Buzz.
