To Sir, With Love 10:15 p.m., TCM

Aww. Here’s a classic in the inspirational-teacher genre, which includes everything from “Blackboard Jungle” to “Dead Poets Society” and “Dangerous Minds.” Even “Glee” is rooted in this kind of feel-good story. Of course, now we know that it takes more than a semester or two to help out one kid, never mind a class. (See: “The Wire,” season 4.) Bonus: The Ladies Choice scene, with Sidney Poitier (pictured) dancing with Judy Geeson. “The whole world’s waiting for you,” he tells her. “You’re a smasher.” Extra bonus: Lulu. Extra extra bonus: The song.

World’s Worst Tenants 10 p.m., Spike

Todd Howard and his team of eviction specialists forcibly remove problematic tenants from the California properties they manage. Among the worst: a fight club, a pot farm, and an unlicensed cosmetic surgery clinic. Todd himself may need some help with the offensive tenant that has taken up residence on the back of his otherwise shaved head, a rather disturbing triangle of hair.
